❑    I worked up an appetite – mi è venuto appetito (not sure about this one!)
❑    La passegiatta mi ha dato un appetito – This walk has given me an appetite.
❑    is it within walking distance?  – ci si arriva a piedi?
❑    wine glass – bicchiere da vino
❑    I drive to work – vado al lavoro in macchina
❑    do not disturb – non disturbare
❑    brothers and sisters – fratelli e sorelle
❑    I promise  – lo prometto
